5. http://www.bloggertipandtrick.net/ - Clearly set out & gives a HUGE number of tutorials!
If you are looking to do some modification work on your blog then this list will come in very handy. Even if you aren't looking to modify, there is plenty of design inspiration waiting for you over at these sites.
